- To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required via bank deposit or other available payment method.
- The reservation is considered valid only upon completion of the deposit.

- Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: the full deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is not refundable.
- In case of early departure, 100% of the agreed amount for the remainder of the stay will be charged.

- Changes dates are accepted based on availability.
- If the reservation can be transferred, the deposit is transferred to the new date without charge.
- If there is no availability on the new dates, cancellation terms apply.

- For cancellations due to serious and proven reasons of force majeure, the policy may be adjusted upon consultation.
